To resize an image, first thing you have to do after you have opened Paintshop Pro is to select the image button on the tool bar -> Resize.

The the resize dialog box will appear. To reduce the size of the image or enlarge the principal is the same.

I will reduce the image in pixels. In the pixel size width box select the size you want, if the maintain image ratio box is ticked the image height will automatically alter to maintain the same ratio. If you do not want this to happen, untick the box, so you are able to adjust the height and width to your liking.

Once that is done select OK and your done.
