To any image you can add light to change the mood and the appearance of a picture.

Start Paintshop Pro, open an image. Select Lights . Then the lights menu box will open.  

Then  just play around  with the settings to see which suits you best.

(There are too many settings available in the lights menu box to cover.)

In the image above I have removed the middle boat, by cloning it with the surrounding water then added a sunset effect.
